Everyone will devour this Easy Bake Ravioli Casserole recipe. It’s a pasta lover’s dream that’s loaded with pasta and cheese and baked in one pan.

I’m all about the casserole. I love the whole idea of throwing everything together to bake in one pan. Sometimes I’ll serve our casseroles with a salad, or maybe some breadsticks when it’s an Italian dish like this one. Oftentimes, however, the casserole is super hearty enough to simply serve on its own.

My family devours this one. It’s a pasta lover’s dream casserole because it’s filled with pasta and loaded with cheese. I love that it’s a super easy recipe. You just layer all the ingredients in a casserole dish and bake it all together in the oven until your sauce is bubbly and your cheese is melted to a gooey goodness.

Just like most casserole recipes, this one is versatile, so don’t be afraid to modify by using ground beef instead of sausage or even using beef raviolis instead of just cheese.

Here’s how I like to make mine.

Easy Ravioli Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. mild Italian sausage

1 large jar of pasta sauce

1 can of fire-roasted tomatoes, undrained

1/2 cup of water

2 packages of frozen cheese ravioli (2 lbs.)

2 cups of Italian blend cheese, shredded

2 Tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

Brown the sausage in a skillet and drain.

Mix together the tomatoes, water, pasta sauce and sausage. Spoon about a cup of the sauce mixture into the bottom of a 13 x 9 baking dish.

Add a layer of ravioli and cover with a cup of the Italian blend cheese. Repeat the layers and sprinkle with the rest of the Italian and the parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake uncovered for about 15 more minutes until cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbly. Enjoy!
