Do you know a mom who needs a little encouragement? Or maybe you are an overworked and tired mom who needs a little inspiration. Dear Mom, you can do this! Here’s some mom encouragement just for you.

Dear Mom

Dear Mom, you are not invisible.

As moms, we have so much to do. It’s exhausting when we think about it. Our responsibilities can consume us and our worries and fears for our children can sometimes paralyze us from doing the things we once dreamed we could do.

Life soon becomes this cycle of feeding, clothing, and carting kids from one place to the next, until we begin defining ourselves as just, well, ordinary, or worse, invisible, where our hopes and dreams aren’t important, and our only job is to work and provide for everyone else.

But how would we see ourselves if we looked through the eyes of our children? What words would then be used to define us and how would we be described through the heartfelt expressions of someone else?

So today, I offer you a glimpse from another perspective. As you listen to its message, celebrate your strengths and forget the rest of it.

Overworked Mama, you are worth more than your tired mind can ever grasp.

Take a look at yourself from another perspective because you are absolutely amazing through the eyes of those who matter. You are beautiful in just the right places where it counts.

Mom Encouragement

Let’s offer a little mom encouragement to those who so desperately need it this week. Let’s forgive others when they say or do things we know they don’t really mean. After all, we have those days when we just don’t like ourselves or we’re so stressed we hardly know what we’re doing. So let’s give all those moms a break today. And, more than that, let’s forgive ourselves. Mom, you’re doing a great job today. Take a breather. Take just a moment to exhale a bit and then move forward. Keep going at it and love yourself –and enjoy those little moments that make motherhood such a wonderful and beautiful thing.
