It’s beginning to look a lot like Easter. And here at the Smith House, we’re spring ahead with lots of fun sweet treats.
For these treats, I wanted all things spring-like Easter eggs, pastel colors, and festive varieties that remind me of spring. Even better, they’re all really easy to put together and they make quite a beautiful presentation when added to any Easter-themed get together or springtime event.

No-Bake Easter Cookies -Based on my mama’s 3 minute cookies, I added a fun topping for a sweet spring surprise.
Easter Meringue Nests– My kids have always enjoyed meringue nests. But this time, I added a little color and some chocolate eggs, too.
White Chocolate Pecan Bites-I love all things with pecans, so this one is my favorite. Filled with caramel and pecans, it’s the perfect chocolate bite.
Strawberry Cookie Cups -You can’t get any easier than these cookie cups. And the strawberry filling is one yummy treat.
Key Lime Truffles -My son is a huge key lime fan, so that’s why I made these truffles. They’re filled with a creamy key lime center and they look great served with other Easter treats, too.
Strawberry Truffles -These strawberry truffles would look great mixed together with the key lime variety. They’re filled with a wonderful strawberry filling that’s creamy and sweet.
